So..I have some old senior animals that have constant accidents. Dogs AND cats! The funk has been brewing for years *embarrassed 😳*. We can't replace it yet because the animals are still alive.And they would just ruin it immediately. I hired Eric hoping he clean it well enough to possibly mask the smell. He told me he likely couldn't get all of the stains out but could at least get a lot of the smell out. I was very skeptical because I know what cat urine alone can do when you try to clean it. You know what though? He exceeded my expectations AND he was actually HONEST!!! He never tried to upsell me on anything, didn't even let me give him a tip. On top of it, he hooked me up with some spray for when they do it again! 10 outta 10 stars! Highly recommend over and over! I will only work with him going forward!! Thank you Eric! I’m beyond satisfied with Eric’s work! I am meticulous as all get out about my carpet. Especially my white carpet! When my dog had an accident that I couldn’t get rid of, I was panicky. I called Eric and crossed my fingers. I had him clean all the carpet in the house since he made the trip out and wow! Old stains that I thought would never go away are completely gone! And my white carpet looks (and smells) brand new again!!! I will definitely be hiring him for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future. My home is so fresh and so clean!!! Last evening, I was vacuuming as I do daily. I was just thinking about how much better my carpet would look cleaned, shampooed, or whatever professional. Im ashamed to say I've never done in 5 years. Having two cats and fishtanks, it was well overdo. They look brand new again!!!I I was on fence to get done, but I'm so happy I did. I'm very impressed with the attention to detail and overall outcome of my carpet and rugs. Eric with Colorado Clean Living provided exceptional quality service. He performed a multiple part cleaning system. Vacuuming, stain removal, hot water, then rinsed or extracted. Instantly smells amazing. Will recommend to all my family and friends. Eric was amazing. He was not only professional, but personable as well. Knowing that he has pets and how when you are a pet owner that is the same as having children. He handled my pet stains not only professionally, but personally! He was supportive and shared some of his pet stories, which made me feel more comfortable. I have been a pet owner for 30 plus years. My house is extremely clean and so when my 17 year old kid started peeing, missing pee pads, and sleeping in diapers and another children decided to spray, we had a problem. Eric picked up my call at 10 am on a Friday. Quoted me a VERY reasonable price and then was there with in 2 hours to get the job done. It was a mess, severe pet stains high traffic stains. He got it all and was nothing but professional, excellent “bedside manor” AND it ended up being CHEAPER then he quoted, that’s right, no extras for things like pet staying or scotch guard AND it was cheaper. 3 larger rooms, a wrap around hallway and a landing and he was gone in 2.5 tops. I HIGHLY recommend Eric and his Company for quality service done prompt and proper!!! ~ Justin D

What a marvelous experience! It was our first time working with Eric and his daughter Kameron. We are new to Colorado and don’t know many people so I googled and read reviews and decided to go ahead and give them a try based solely off reviews. To make a long story short, we will never use any other cleaning business. They cleaned a number of items. Honestly it looks like we have a new couch! This team got right to it with evaluating our floor and upholstery needs and then developed and executed a game plan. Before our eyes, our carpets and rugs became freed of their stains and ground in dirt. Colorado Clean Living is organized and professional. They explain as they go (or did since we asked so many questions) and pay close attention to detail. We just had shoe skid marks from our grandson removed from our hardwood floors. We tried all of the online tips to get rid of scuff marks and nothing was up to the job. So we called Colorado Clean Living and dealt with Eric, who is the owner/operator of the business. Eric is everything people want from a business...affordable, honest, on time and professional. Eric was quickly responsive in scheduling my carpet cleaning. I had my carpet cleaned by another company a few weeks prior and there were many stains left. I explained the situation and Eric throughly walked me through his methodology of cleaning. He arrived on time and inspected the carpet and made his recommendation. The carpet was cleaned and it smelled wonderful. He followed up the next day to ensure I was content with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to family and friends. Eric and Kamryn did a great job cleaning my carpet and dryer vent. Eric identified an issue with my dryer connection, ran to the hardware store and changed it out to prevent future issues. He even cleaned the inside of my dryer where lint gets trapped (my previous dryer vent cleaner did not do this). Increased dryer performance and longevity are much appreciated. Carpet looks amazing and whole house smells fresh. Communication was excellent, prices fair, and I will definitely use Colorado Clean Living in the future. ~ Melissa W

We were looking for a local company that could clean our couches when we stumbled across Eric and his company on Google. Eric and Quinn are a dynamic duo! We recently moved to Loveland and they helped us clean multiple pieces of furniture and all of the carpet... and we asked them to come back multiple times! Eric did a FANTASTIC JOB cleaning not just cleaning the carpets in the room that we initially requested, but since he had time due to a cancellation, he did our whole house!!! Eric was great! Responsive, on time, he let us know when he was on the way. using Venmo was easy and he was great with our furniture/kids/dogs. He worked on my wool rug which is generally a giant pain, and when he knew it wasn’t going to work (we have a puppy) he stopped and referred me to someone else. Eric did a fantastic job on 2 houses that we had him clean. He was incredibly flexible with his schedule and did everything he could to make his schedule work with ours. We were having to switch times with him right up to a day before he cleaned and he never got frustrated with us and did everything he could and made it all work. Our carpet was visibly dirty despite vacuuming regularly and it was getting matted down. There were a handful of oil stains from my brother working as a mechanic that were years old, and other cleaners couldn't even lighten them up. Eric was awesome! He was kind, respectful, and honest. He worked hard and fast, and was very detailed. The carpets had not been cleaned (only vacuumed) since we moved in over three years ago. They look like new! We have two dogs who shed a lot, and he got up all the hair and dirt. The carpet was matted, and now it's shaggy and clean again. Very impressed! And the house smells great! February 5th 2024 Eric came and cleaned my carpets. Eric arrived on time and communication from time of calling was excellent. Answered my questions and I felt very comfortable that I would receive excellent service. My carpets look so clean, like new. Just a great experience from initial phone call to finished services. We live in a rental house that has seen better days and had an old dog living in it. We wanted to try and help the place feel a bit cleaner and Eric exceeded expectations. Honestly, didn't even think it could look as good as it does.
